ClaimCure, operated by Specter AI Inc., is a medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website or use our Service.

We are committed to protecting privacy and complying with applicable laws, including HIPAA and other privacy regulations.

Account and billing information such as name, work email, company name, phone number, practice identifiers, and payment details processed by trusted providers.

Protected Health Information, including patient demographics, insurance identifiers, diagnosis codes, procedure codes, and claim-related data, when you use the Service.

Usage and log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps for security and service improvement.

Provide, operate, and improve the Service.

Process claims and communicate with clearinghouses and payers on your behalf.

Respond to support, sales, privacy, and compliance requests.

Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

Comply with legal obligations, including HIPAA breach notification duties.

We do not sell personal information or PHI. Information is shared only with clearinghouses, payers, service providers, legal authorities when required, or as part of a business transfer under appropriate safeguards.

As a Business Associate, ClaimCure signs a Business Associate Agreement before PHI is processed. The BAA governs our PHI obligations and controls if there is a conflict with this policy.

Account data and PHI are retained for the duration of the subscription plus legally required retention periods. Upon closure or written request, data is purged from live systems and encrypted backups according to our retention schedule.

We use administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, including encryption, role-based access controls, audit logs, and incident response processes.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or opt out of marketing communications. ClaimCure does not sell personal information.
