Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you or the organization you represent and Specter AI Inc., doing business as ClaimCure, governing access to and use of the ClaimCure medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management platform.

ClaimCure provides electronic claim submission, eligibility verification, ERA/EOB posting, denial management, AI-assisted billing tools, analytics, and related healthcare billing workflows.

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.

New accounts may receive a 14-day free trial. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan or order form. Enterprise plans may be governed by separate written agreements.

You may use the Service only for lawful medical billing and RCM purposes. Fraudulent claims, unauthorized access, malware, spam, reselling access, and interference with the Service are prohibited.

The Service may process PHI. A Business Associate Agreement must be in place before PHI is transmitted to ClaimCure. For BAA requests, contact compliance@claimcure.com.

You retain ownership of your data. ClaimCure retains ownership of the Service, including software, models, user interfaces, documentation, and related intellectual property.

AI-assisted features provide suggestions only and do not constitute legal, clinical, or compliance advice. You remain responsible for review before submission.

The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Payer reimbursement decisions are outside ClaimCure control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimCure is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Either party may terminate according to these Terms or the applicable order form. Data retention and deletion are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
